ann_optAnn Heathcote opened The Worsley Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2001, as a centre for the provision of professional psychotherapeutic services.

The Worsley Centre is a warm and welcoming environment for people wishing to undertake counselling and psychotherapy. The practitioners at the Centre care deeply about each individual’s mental health and well-being. They all share a passion for providing high-quality therapeutic services.

Our psychotherapy and counselling Manchester service is on the border between Worsley and Walkden.  We’re within easy reach of areas such as Bolton, Bury, Leigh, Oldham, Prestwich, Sale, Stretford, Swinton and Wigan.

As well as counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups on a private basis; we also provide hypno-psychotherapy; supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists; and therapy rooms for practitioners.

We all have times when the going gets tough and we need someone who will really listen to us and our concerns and work with us to help us sort things out so that we can feel better.

Both counselling and psychotherapy are types of talking therapies.
