Together, we can identify where and how you are today, the changes you would like to make, how you can introduce changes appropriately and at your own pace. We can identify what limits or blocks you so we can alter your approach in a solution focused way. We can explore options that change your perceptions and patterns of behavior and challenges self-limiting beliefs to improve your self-confidence and self-esteem.

You can choose from effective use of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), or a combination of all three to achieve your goals. The choice of individual or a combination of therapies provides you with a therapy that best suites you and is more effective in helping you to make the changes you want to make to realise your desired outcomes.

Bereavement and Loss
I am a trained specialist Bereavement counselor working for Cruse Bereavement Organisation.

Losing someone we love or care deeply about is very painful. We may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness we experience will never let up. These are normal reactions to a significant loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope with this pain and in time we can move on and move forward with lives.

The breakup or loss of a relationship or friendship can turn our world upside down and trigger all sorts of painful feelings. We all deal with things differently to get through difficult times in our life.
