The Worsley centre has been offering counselling services in Manchester since 2001. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a type of talking therapy that can help you manage your problems. It’s often used to help with mental health problems, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, self-harm, low-self esteem and eating disorders. But, that’s not all, our accredited and qualified counsellors are experienced in providing a variety of counselling sessions. 

Sometimes you just need to speak to someone face-to-face that will understand and empathise with your position. As well as talking through everything you wish to get out, we’ll teach you self help methods that will give you the skills to manage the way you feel about certain situations.

A one on one session also means you can set the direction of your counselling which makes it completely unique to you.
