Letting Go of Attachment: From A to Zen

If you are a regular reader of my ‘best of the web’ posts then you will know that I love a good quote.

Today, the last day of the year, I have been thinking about the new year that is about to begin and the fact that it is a perfect place in my life to leave some things and some people behind and move forward. This quote helps to focus those thoughts.

This of course involves the painful process of letting go, something that Lori Deschene of Tinybuddha reminds us doesn’t really happen overnight, but rather is a day to day, even a moment to moment experience.
