ProfileOriginally from Glasgow, I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural therapist. By establishing a therapeutic relationship in a warm, safe and confidential setting we can work together to explore how you think about yourself and the world around you and also how your behaviour, thoughts and feelings all affect each other. Everyone is different and there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. With this in mind, I work collaboratively with all of my clients using a framework which works best for each individual to explore together what brought you to where you are today. From this we will look at how you might like things to be and work towards goals which might make this change possible.

I am a member of the BABCP and work within their standards of conduct, performance and ethics. I am also currently working towards BABCP Accreditation.

I have experience working with a number of private clients who presented with a spectrum of complex issues. Some of these include:

●      Depression

●      Anxiety

●      Phobias

●      Stress

●      Alcohol and substance misuse

●      Addictions

●      Low self-esteem

I have also worked with therapeutic groups which are both surprising and powerful. I have designed and implemented a psychoeducational group for people hoping to learn about and work on their self esteem and I intend to work further with groups.

Coronavirus Update: We are still open

A few therapists are continuing to see clients face-to-face, and most are working from home offering Skype/Zoom-type sessions or telephone sessions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
