I am a fully qualified and UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) accredited Psychotherapist. I trained as a Neuro–Linguistic Psychotherapist (NLPt) which is equivalent to a Master’s level qualification. I have been working with clients since 2013.

NLPt is outcome focused and I tailor my approach to the needs of each client, drawing from different models of psychotherapy where applicable.

I have a varied practice; I have provided psychotherapy to commercial companies for several years and within private practice, I see couples and individuals with a wide range of different needs (anxiety and depression are the most common).

Here are some the areas that I can help with, though this does not include everything:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Identity
  • Insomnia
  • Loss
  • Relationships
  • Self-esteem
  • Sexual
  • Stress
  • Trauma

My clients (couples and individuals) regularly feedback that they enjoy the process of learning about themselves and making long-lasting changes that they perhaps didn’t think were possible in the beginning…

Coronavirus Update: We are still open

A few therapists are continuing to see clients face-to-face, and most are working from home offering Skype/Zoom-type sessions or telephone sessions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
