Sharon Boyd

Psychotherapist/Counsellor

‘’Has something happened or is happening and your finding it difficult to cope? Are you feeling ‘anxious’ ‘sad’ ‘lonely’ ‘angry’ or just generally not ‘you’?  Are these feelings making life increasingly difficult?  Would you like to talk to someone, who you can truly open up too, in confidence and without judgement. Someone who will ‘listen’ ‘hear’ and ‘understand you’. I can provide a safe and welcoming environment, and will give you the space and time for you to explore, all that you are feeling and experiencing, and together, we may be able to make sense of those feelings, and enable you to see a light at the end of the tunnel”

Sharon is a Person Centred Counsellor that incorporates some integrative therapy. She’s Bacp registered and has experience working with mild and moderate mental health issues including anxiety and low mood.
